Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be in original packaging with tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns must be approved by our support team before shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.

After dispatching your return, you must provide a valid and trackable tracking number. Returns without prior approval or tracking may not be accepted.

Return Shipping, Customs & Fees

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees

  • Return shipping costs vary depending on your local logistics provider and location

  • Cash on delivery (COD) returns are not accepted

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Payment processing fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

  • A restocking/handling fee of 15% of the item price, or a minimum of $6 USD (whichever is higher), will be deducted from the refund amount

Important:
Returns that incur unpaid customs fees, taxes, or additional charges upon arrival may be refused or deducted from the refund amount.

Customer Responsibility vs Defective Items

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. change of mind, wrong selection), all return costs apply to the customer

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue accordingly

Return Conditions & Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.
We reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet our policy

  • Apply partial refunds if items are not in original condition

  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments

  • Returns sent to the wrong address or without approval may not be accepted

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items (unless defective)

  • Items returned without approval

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to receive delivery, any return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Any additional shipping or return costs resulting from incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds apply to the product price only

  • Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and additional charges are non-refundable

  • A restocking/handling fee of 15% of the item price, or a minimum of $6 USD (whichever is higher), will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at murphytaleshop@gmail.com.
